All Older Games in The Tribes Franchise.
To celebrate 20 years of the Tribes Universe. Hi-Rez made the games free to download. The website has since been dropped but the archive can be found here. With working links to all of the older games. This was a first ever of it's kind. They put them up and didn't notify the community. As the community found it word spread like wildfire.
Tribes Celebration
Various articles were posted. Here you can find some statements made by Hi-Rez president. As well as being covered by Pc magazine. The community was overwhelmingly in awe. At the time the studio was primarily focused on the game Smite.
Tribes 3 Rivals
Currently They are working on a new game titled. Tribes 3: Rivals. It can be located on Steam and is planned for release in Q1 of 2024. The game is still in the testing phase but has shown some positive progress over the last few months. It is currently in early access. Recently it was received very well at Steam Fest. With a lot of new people finding the series for the first time. So perhaps the franchise will finally get some recognition for shaping the gaming community for years.
